***Sliding scale fees are available upon request based on your income and needs. Please do not hesitate to inquire if your finances are an obstacle!

Flower Essences, Dietetics and Herbal sessions are done virtually over the phone or video chat, and last 60 minutes for intake, and 45 minutes for follow-ups/check-ins.

Acupressure sessions take place in person and are 90 minutes long for intake/initial sessions, and 60 minutes long for following appointments. I primarily practice in:

• NDG, close to the intersection of Monkland Ave. and Melrose Ave.
*This is on the second floor of the building and is only accessible via staircase (29 steps + railings).

• Plateau Mont-Royal, a block from Mont-Royal Metro station.
*This is on the ground floor, and accessible through the back alley entrance (1” lip in doorway).

Both of these locations may present difficulties for those with disabilities, and are not up to accessibility standards. I apologize for this, and am currently working to find another office to practice which is more accessible.

***For those with disabilities and cannot safely access healing spaces, I will travel to clients’ homes/preferred venue upon request, free of charge, if it is within 4km of the Plateau Mont-Royal.

I have received both doses of Covid-19 vaccines and four additional immunization boosters. In addition, here are policies which I enforce to protect clients and myself:

• I wear KN95 or N95 masks during all in person sessions and interactions with clients. All clients are required to correctly wear a mask at all times during sessions (N95, KN95 or Surgical Mask). If you do not have a quality mask, I will provide one for you.

• I will have air circulating (fan and/or window) at all times, and in the Plateau location, a HEPA air filter. I will also use alcohol based sanitizing products to clean all high touch surfaces and the massage table between sessions.

• If you have Covid-19 or are experiencing any symptoms associated with Covid-19 and/or have a fever exceeding 100 degrees F / 37.7 degrees C, cough, sore throat, loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath or have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive in the past week, please notify me before arriving to your appointment so that we can assess.

***If you are not able to wear a mask for the duration of the session, or at all, please contact me to prior to your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your session, I require 24 hours notice before your scheduled time. In the event I am not notified, you will be charged 50% of your agreed upon fee for the appointment. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

As a licensed Acupressure practitioner and Naturopath, I offer massage therapy and naturopathy receipts for sessions currently. Session for exclusively Flower Essences facilitation do not qualify for health insurance reimbursements at this time.
